Q.1 How to place an order?

Ans. First select the product you want. Then click on the "Add to card". Then to add more items you can click on "Add more items". Once you have all your items in the shopping cart, click on "Pay & Finish"..Fill in all the columns and you can write all your special instructions for delivery (like on what date you would like delivered etc.) . After entering all details click on "Submit" and you have placed your order. Incase you have any doubts or needs to clarify anything you may please email giving us more instructions regarding delivery.
  1. Select your particular Gift/bouquet.
  2. Then Click on "Add to Cart".
  3. You need to click on "Proceed to check out". (If you wish to add more products then you need to click on "Add more products" and accordingly add more products and then click on proceed to checkout).
  4. Fill in the Billing Details (Sender’s details) and Shipping Details (Recipients Details) and click the "Submit" button.
  5. Fill gift message, select delivery date and read our disclaimer and then click on "Ship to this address".
  6. Select Payment option and click on "Proceed to pay" and after that click on "Place my Order".
  7. You will get the secure payment page. You need to fill your payment details and then click on "Submit".
  8. You will get an order number which can be used for checking the Delivery status. Also, a confirmatory mail will be sent to your email id.

Q2. What are the modes of payment?

Ans. You can pay through different modes which suits you best such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking. Our authorized online Payment processor, CCAvenue can handle customer purchases made through Master card, Visa, JCB, Diner's Club, Citibank E-cards and American Express cards. HDFC, Citibank, & Centurion bank, Bank of Punjab, Federal Bank, ICICI Infinity, UTI I-Connect, Oriental Bank of Commerce, IDBI net banking clients, etc.., can now pay online.

Q3. How the delivery be made?

Ans. Flowers and Cakes are sourced at local level and delivered by hand by our vendors. Courier gift items are sourced by Punsons Flora and delivered by courier service.

Q4. Can I receive a confirmation about fine delivery of my order?

Ans. Confirmation of Delivery is available the day after delivery, if you provided us a valid email address.

Q5. What are the delivery charges?

Ans. Price and charges shown in our website includes delivery charges. No extra fees will be charged.

Q6. Are there any hidden charges apart from the charges shown on website page?

Ans. Price and charges shown in our website includes all the price of Product, delivery fee, Packaging charges, Credit Card clearing fees, exchange / truncation fee etc. It means you will not have to pay more than you see on the website page.

Q7. What kind of information is required about the recipients?

Ans. All relevant information required in input textboxes for successful delivery.

Q8. How to change the address of recipient?

Ans. Instruction for change in address of recipient are entertained prior to one day before the day of delivery.

Q9. What if my order not delivered to exact address?

Ans. If we unable to deliver your order than the amount will be refund, No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances (emotional setbacks/stress, loss of profit, damages etc.) will be acceptable.
