Shipping & Returns

  1. www.getbestflowers.com (A Division of Punsons Flora) retains the right to cancel the order and refund the money and also to refuse any order unconditionally.
  2. If we unable to deliver your order than the complete refund of payment will be made. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances (emotional setbacks/stress, loss of profit, damages etc.) will be acceptable.
  3. If we unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances like;
    1. adverse weather conditions.
    2. local bandhs.
    3. Curfews etc.
    In such circumstances we reserve the right to reschedule the date of delivery.
  4. If we unable to deliver your order due to unforeseen technical problems like;
    1. site go offline due to technical problem with servers;
    2. problem with our server's internal clock;
    3. lose access of internet. etc.
    In such circumstances we will ask the customer what they would prefer;
    1. rescheduling the delivery timing of the order; with a message of apology from ourselves.
      OR
    2. to refund the order money in full.
  5. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Chandigarh / Mohali, India only.
  6. Delivery timings are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  7. No gifts are delivered on National holidays.
  8. Orders received till 2:00 p.m. IST will be delivered on same day.
  9. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. IST will be delivered on next day.
  10. If date of delivery and timings are not mentioned by the customer then the delivery will be made as stated 3. & 4. above.
  11. The sited product will be delivered only in the cities mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.
  12. Flowers and Cakes are sourced at local level by our vendors.
  13. Courier items will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
  14. The courier products will deliver through a national Courier.
  15. The courier products will be delivered all over India on and as per the delivery locations of the national courier.
  16. All flowers and perishable products are subject to availability. In case of non-availability of a particular product due to deficiency in supply etc. we reserve the right to substitute any product with similar (or superior) quality.
  17. Actual products shown in the pictures at our site may vary in shape & size due to non-availability of the same products at local venders.
  18. We do our utmost to meet exact delivery time requested by you. Though we cannot commit any fix time of delivery.
  19. Confirmation of Delivery is available the day after delivery, if required.
  20. Products will be delivered once. After delivery no instruction for change in addresses etc. will be entertained.
  21. Instruction for change in address of recipient are entertained prior to 2 days before the day of delivery.
  22. Delivery of items is considered only in ONCE . Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases :
    • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
    • Recipient not available.
    • Premises locked.
    • Wrong phone or Cell or Extension number/ not working/ no reply or not connecting/ reachable and delivery is not done.
    • Recipient refused the products.
    • Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
  23. If Flowers / Gifts delivered to the third party (as per the instructions of the customer), then we will not responsible for any lost or damages etc.
  24. Price and Charges: Price and charges shown in our website includes all the price of Product, delivery fee, Packaging charges, Credit Card clearing fees etc. It means you will not have to pay more than you see on the website page.
  25. Cancellation: If your flower order needs to be cancelled due to unexpected situations you can send request for cancellation at query@getbestflowers.com one days prior to delivery date with full order details & reference numbers during 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (IST)
  26. Complaints

    Flowers: www.getbestflowers.com (A Division of Punsons Flora) guarantees the quality of all of its products. But if you are not satisfied with the freshness of our flowers then please report this matter to us we will replace your product with new one at our cost. Send your complaint with your order details to us at query@getbestflowers.com or by phone ……….. Complaints about quality of flowers will be entertained within 2 working days of delivery.

    Gifts: Respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of all Branded products.



Substitution Policy


Our Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The greatest care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
Flowers
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral vase/basket shown online is not available, a similar floral vase/basket will be used.

Gifts Items Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
